Update: Tier 1 Essential Workers Child Care Phase 2 Registration

There are currently a limited number of openings left for Emergency Tier 1 Child Care. Duluth Public Schools is opening a second wave of registration for Emergency Tier 1 with 1 eligible parent working outside the home with students enrolled in ISD 709 (families already on the waiting list will be contacted).
• Registration is open Wednesday September 2 and through Thursday September 3 at 6PM.
• Service begins September 8.
• Service provided at no cost during regular school hours (7:45am – 2:15pm).
• Tier 1 child care takes place at Ordean East and Lincoln Park Middle schools 
• Families who need care before or after these posted times must also register with KEY Zone for their program at www.duluthcommunityed.org.
• Service provided for youth age 4 to 12 years old who are enrolled in the Duluth Public Schools with elementary hybrid model, full distance learning as a middle schooler and 4 year olds registered in the Voluntary PreKindergarten program.
• Due to capacity limitations, if there are more registrations than openings we will conduct a lottery for spaces.
