OEMS Fall Conferences: Tues Oct 22, Wed Oct 30, Thurs Nov 7 4PM-7PM
  • We're Using Pick-A-Time scheduler for sign up
  • Scheduler opens Oct 14, 12PM for all OEMS families.
  • Pick-A-Time Instructions
  • Pick-A-Time Link
  • We have adjusted our format this year, which increases the number of conference slots by 25%.

  • There will be 15 minute time slots to choose from in PickATime.  3 families will be scheduling into the same 15 minute slot. The teacher will spend approximately 5 minutes with each family.  You may be waiting for approximately 10 minutes, outside of the teacher’s classroom. This model is used in a neighboring school district and has been received very well.

  • If you are unable to schedule a conference, please contact a school counselor or your child’s teacher.  They will be happy to find an alternate time that works for you.

  • We welcome your feedback, as we attempt to be more flexible and see more families on conference nights.

  • Please call the main office at 218-336-8940 if you have any questions.
