Request Transcripts

As students apply to post secondary schools or the military they will be required to forward a transcript of grades from the high school they attend. These transcripts are sent from the counseling office via Parchment, our online management tool, upon parent or student request.

FORMER STUDENTS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, TO USE PARCHMENT, TO ORDER AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT .

SENIOR TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION - EAST HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS:
If you decide to attend a college in the fall, you must have a final transcript sent directly from East High School to that college.  This transcript verifies that you graduated and gives your final class rank and overall grade point average. This information is kept in our files permanently.

*To "Request a Transcript" Click Here to be linked to Parchment. Follow the directions to create an account. Once an account is created, click on the "Transcript" tab, and add the college/s or scholarship organizations/s to which you need transcripts sent. Follow the directions to pay the fee required. The fee is $6 per transcript. Those who qualify for the free or reduced lunch program will get four transcript requests free.  Those students should request a fee waiver by clicking the relevant fields and by contacting Jennifer.Labelle@isd709.org

If you have any questions or issues, please contact registrar, Jennifer Labelle, at 218-336-8845 ext. 2143 or Jennifer.Labelle@isd709.org

COLLEGE IN THE SCHOOLS (CITS) or PSEO COURSE TRANSCRIPTS:
In order to receive credit at your college for your CITS courses, you will need to have a transcript sent from each institution (i.e. UMD, LSC, or FDLTCC) where you received college credit. After you have received college credit, the transcript must go directly from one college to another - we do not have a record of your college credits at the high school. Also, it is important to note that you need to wait until your grades are entered into the college's system. This generally does not happen until the beginning of June of the year you graduate. Do not request transcripts earlier than this because they will only list the course as being in progress and not completed. The procedure for requesting transcripts is as follows:

Lake Superior College - Cost is $5.00 per transcript.
You can obtain a transcript by going to their website https://www.lsc.edu/current-students/records-registration/transcripts-2/

Fond du Lac Tribal & Community College - Cost is $8.00 per official transcript.
For an official transcript, use the transcript request form available from their website https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select

University of Minnesota - Duluth - Cost is $15.00 per transcript.
You can obtain a transcript by going to their website https://onestop.d.umn.edu/academics/transcripts

Once again, remember to give the colleges enough time to enter in your final grades. It is a process that generally takes the entire month of June. Do not request the transcript too early or you will probably need to do it again. If you have any questions about the transcript process, please see your counselor.
