Forms: Before a student is allowed to practice or play in an East High sport, she/he must have a Physical examination on file - obtained in either the 7th, 8th, or 9th grades are valid for participation through the 9th grade.

Any student who wants to participate in a sport in the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade must have a physical examination form prior to participating in the first sport = DATED AFTER JUNE 1 of their Sophomore Year. Physicals obtained in grade 10 are valid for 3 years.

Transfer or Exchange Students - Contact the AD by either stopping in to the office or via email at shawn.roed@isd709.org

Transfers, exchange students, or Woodland Hills transfers will not be able to practice or participate until they are cleared for play by the Duluth East Activities Office and the MSHSL.
