Process For New Hires
Once you are offered a position, you will need a printer to complete the New Hire paperwork. If you do not have a printer, please come to the Human Resources Department and complete these forms. Please type in the information online before printing the New Hire Forms, you can sign the pages after they have been completed and printed.

Please complete the I-9 form and bring current valid documentation that establishes identity and employment authorization to the Human Resources Department to verify. Most common documents used are driver's license/photo ID and original Social Security Card or a Passport/Passport Card.
All new employees must complete the Total Program online trainings.
Please make sure to select Duluth Public Schools as the organization you want to use.
Click on "Training Login" then find your name in the User Name dropdown.
Blood Borne Pathogen is a course that all employees will take each year.

Once you have completed the new hire paperwork, online I-9 form and online trainings, please come to the Human Resources Department at 215 North 1st Avenue East, Room 200, with a voided check for the mandatory direct deposit and valid identification to complete the I-9 process. We will take your picture at that time for your District ID badge.
