Duluth Public Schools, ISD709 is using a service from Frontline Education that greatly simplifies the process of recording and managing absences and finding substitutes.  The Frontline Absence Management solution will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed via internet and phone. 

Web Access

To access the Frontline website, go to https://app.frontlineeducation.com

Employees can enter absences, check your absence schedule, update personal information, and upload your lesson plans for substitutes to view online. 

Substitutes can search for and accept available jobs, change personal settings, update your calendar, and personalize your available call times by visiting Frontline on the internet,

Once you have logged in with your Frontline ID Account username and password, the Help Resources - Frontline Support will bring you to the Learning Center to help guide you to use this service.

Mobile App  

Frontline Education has introduced a Mobile App for Substitutes, which can be downloaded through the iOS App Store or Google Play at no additional cost.

After you have created your Frontline ID (from Web Access), you can download the Frontline Education mobile app. Enter your Frontline ID credentials to sign in.

Dial-In Access

You can call Frontline toll-free at 1-800-942-3767.  Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences. We recommend that you call in to check the computer recording of your name and title.  To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.

Your ID and PIN for dial-in access are as follows:

·        ID   <<Phone Login>>   

·        PIN <<Phone Pin>>    

 

Once we set up a profile for you, an invitation will be emailed to you . Each invitation is unique per individual.

Note: You are NOT required to create a Frontline ID for dial-in access (you automatically have dial-in access).  However, to access the website, you must create a Frontline ID via your personal invitation email.
