Facilities Use
School facilities are an integral part of the community and may be used to promote school, civic or social activities. If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting, have an event, or participate in an educational or recreational activity, contact us to see if a Duluth Public Schools facility would work for you.

Online requests are to be electronically submitted and signed no later than five (5) business days prior to the event. Requests made less than 5 days in advance will be considered as space and personnel allow.
When the Facilities Contract is sent, the Activity Supervisor will be asked to respond using the pin number code. The response constitutes an electronic signature and indicates approval of the contract.
Duluth Public Schools does require fees for groups using district spaces. These fees are so that the district's maintenance and operations are being supported financially, while making sure the costs are not prohibitive for community users. Groups in need of financial assistance can apply for an exemption in full or discounted rates with the Facilities Use Fee Waiver.
