Who Am I and What Job Fits Me?

The key to exploring or choosing a career is looking at career "clusters" that fit your personality and interests. The table below can help start your journey. The personality traits listed are based on the Holland RIASEC sorter with some general combinations for people who feel they're somewhere in between.

Within each type there's a broad description of things that type of personality likes to do. The last field contains links to specific career cluster programs offered by ISD 709.

If you still feel like you don't know which one best fits you, feel free to complete the online sorter and come back to this page.
