A high quality, collaborative program of the Duluth Y and Duluth Community Education.  Located at all 9 ISD 709 Elementary Schools and providing services for grades K-5 year round including summer and school breaks.

KEY Zone School Year Programming:

Open to students attending the school during the day.

Hours: 
2:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (when school is in session) Program is open at select sites during school breaks from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  with an additional $37 daily rate per child.

Rates:

A $30.00 registration fee for each child. Fees are due with completed registration materials and are non-refundable.

Flex afterschool

12 sessions/month

$124.00/month/child

Registration Date: To ensure starting on the first day of school in September, registration is required between April 2018 through August 1, 2018 - space is limited at some sites so register early to grantee a spot. Registration after August 1, 2018 will be decided by site capacity.

KEY Zone Summer Program 

  • Open to all area children (need not attend Duluth public schools).
  • For students who have completed kindergarten through completed 5th grade.
  • Activities include special on-site programing and weekly off-site field trips.
  • Space is limited so please register early

Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Dates: Monday, June 18 – Friday, August 24 (Closed July 4 HOLIDAY)
25 DAY MINIMUM ENROLLMENT
Rates: $30 registration fee per child, *$39 daily rate (includes field trip costs)
*Child care assistance accepted, but must register by calling main office
